Description
An essential component of the SpiroVision-3+, the T2 turbine flowmeter works in combination with the spirometer’s handset to measure inspiratory and expiratory data during pulmonary function tests.
- Accurate bidirectional turbine (28mm diameter) that is minimally affected by environmental changes
- Independently validated by LDS Hospital using the ATS 24 standard dynamic waveforms (Crapo R. O. 2004 “Validation of COSMED turbine vs ATS 24 standard volume-time waveforms“).
- The turbine is reusable, can be cleaned and disinfected, and is designed for use with a choice of round or oval spirometry filters.
- Also compatible with the Discovery-2 and Spiropalm spirometers
